Greyhound swim team in action

The Boerne High swim team was in action at the recent SAISD meet in San Antonio.

Some of the highlights for the Greyhounds include in the 200-yard medley relay, the girls team of Sadie Smurr, Ella Parsons, Kiali Cunningham and Brenna McCarty teamed up for first with a time of 2:11.38, while the boys 200 relay also came in first after Henry Johnson, Okey Wagner, John Schuessler and Miguel Villarreal recorded a time of 1:56.59.

Brenna McCarty won the girls 200 free after clocking in at 2:11, Henry Johnson captured first in the boys 50 free with a time of 24.30 and Johnson also won the 100yard backstroke after he recorded a 59.90, while Okey Wagner came in first in the 100 freestyle after posting a 55.05.
