Both the Boerne Champion and Boerne High tennis teams had playoff matches on Tuesday morning of this week.
The winner of Tuesday’s matches advances to their respective regional tournaments this coming weekend.
Boerne Champion
Champion was coming off a 10-0 win over MacArthur last Friday in San Antonio at the NEISD Tennis Complex. The Chargers improved to 14-5 overall and faced Liberty Hill on Tuesday afternoon at Dripping Springs, 1 p.m.
Boerne High
The Greyhounds were coming off a 19-0 win over Brazosport last week and were scheduled to play La Vernia Monday of this week, but the match was rained out and was moved to Tuesday at the Northside Anne Marie Tennis Courts.
Boerne was 15-2 overall entering the match scheduled for Tuesday at 10 a.m.
