Geneva cheer members at UCA camp in August

The Geneva School of Boerne varsity cheer team attended UCA Cheer Camp in August.

The Eagles were preparing for the 2022-23 cheer year and placed first in the dance/stunt routine, second in the sideline cheer, and awarded by the UCA staff to receive the Traditions Award for leadership throughout the entire week.

The Geneva cheerleaders also earned Spirit Sticks every day and took the Top Banana award on the second day for most spirited. 

Pin-It-Forward recipients were Mary Katherine Mitchell, Mari-Fer Ballí and Geneva Jack. Geneva Jack also brought home the overall Mascot Camp Champion Award as well as the Mascot Traditions Award for leadership.

Mari-Fer Ballí, Sophia Baldwin, Mazzy Horn O’Brien and Callie Zuniga were named All-American Cheerleaders at the event.
