Day 1 Bags

The Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated Day 1 Bags with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Day 1 Bags is a national nonprofit located in Boerne and it has been serving foster youth since 2016. The mission of founder Hunter Beaton, cutting ribbon, is to provide new duffle bags and backpacks to foster youth so they can use it as luggage when being removed from their homes or moving from shelter to shelter.
