The Boerne Independent School District announced that Curington Elementary and Fair Oaks Ranch Elementary schools again have been selected by The Flippen Group as Capturing Kids’ Hearts National Showcase Schools for the 2021-22 academic year. Curington and Fair Oaks are two of just 376 schools in the United States to receive the recognition.
“We are elated that both Curington and Fair Oaks Ranch Elementary schools have once again been named National Showcase Schools,” Boerne ISD Superintendent Thomas Price said. “The fact that two of our schools earned this national award multiple years in a row is a testament to the hard work of our students, teachers and staff. This recognition once again confirms what we have known for many years, that we have the best teachers and students in Texas.
“Congratulations to Principals Matt Myers and Jessica Shults and everyone at Curington and Fair Oaks Ranch Elementary.”
