Chick it out!

Brent Evans, co-founder of the Cibolo Center for Conservation with his wife, Carolyn Chipman Evans, led about 30 attendees through a presentation on how to raise chickens on Saturday at Herff Farm. The seminar included visits to the chicken coop and hatchery on the property, as well as advice on how to communicate with a chicken, using 5-year-old Colton Berry as an example, and how to hold one.
