BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT
March 12
1:09 p.m., 200 block of W. Bandera Road – A store owner called with questions about people soliciting in front of his store.
6:39 p.m., 100 block of Capano Creek – A caller requested a check on a potential gas leak at their residence. Boerne FD found a leak under the water heater.
7:01 p.m., 100 block of Cimarron Creek – A caller was concerned after a juvenile had come by her residence and started hitting the items the caller put out for bulk pick up.
March 13
12:46 a.m., 100 block of Gallant Fox Avenue – A caller reported her ex-boyfriend was sending juveniles inappropriate pictures. The caller told dispatch at least one of the juveniles resides in Arizona.
6:31 a.m., 100 block of Cedar Avenue – A caller reported her vehicle was stolen during the night. She mentioned she was behind in payments but no record of a repossession was found. The caller was contacted later and it was found the vehicle was repossessed.
11:24 a.m., on Calk/San Antonio Road – Three loose dogs were running around, working up an appetite before lunch.
3:53 p.m., on 1600 block of River Road – A caller reported finding “crack pipes” and a lighter in a parking lot at the location.
March 14
9:24 a.m., at mile marker 543, W. I-10 – A caller reported a dump truck spilling gravel on the interstate.
6:15 p.m., 200 block of Cibolo Crossing – A caller reported she received a call, saying they needed to do a background check on the caller, saying she had a pending summons. The caller was unsure if it was a scam.
11:48 p.m., 300 block of Esser Road – A caller reported two juvenile males hanging out in the gas station parking lot.
March 15
10:06 a.m., 32000 block of E. I-10 – A caller reported protestors showed up at the location and were in the roadway.
12:33 p.m., 500 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported an older male driving on the wrong side of the road. The caller said the male was going westbound in the eastbound lane but exited and turned around.
1:44 p.m., 100 block of S. Main Street – An employee reported a woman shoplifted at their location an hour prior.
1:53 p.m., 100 block of W. Bandera Road – A two-vehicle collision occurred, involving air bags being deployed. One of the vehicles was in the roadway, and the other pulled into Sonic as the accident was handled.
March 16
3:52 a.m., 800 block of Johns Road – A caller reported she could hear a group of people talking near her location, using the Ring camera.
12:48 a.m., 100 block of Onion Creek – A caller reported a possible gas leak at the location. Boerne FD came to the location and were able to locate a gas leak.
2:35 p.m., 33000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported she received threatening text messages from someone he assumed to be a scam artist.
3:47 p.m., 400 block of Frey Street – A caller reported when she was on a run, she was attacked by a dog. The caller told dispatch the dog did not have a collar and was aggressive.
March 17
7:37 a.m., 500 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a dump truck was smoking, had blown its engine and was leaking oil. A wrecker came to the location to assist.
9:26 a.m., 100 block of Medical Drive – A caller reported her rear license plate was stolen from her vehicle.
11:44 a.m., 700 block of Oak Park – A caller reported her neighbors had been arguing for an hour and the caller could hear items being thrown at the wall. The caller reported it sounded as though the woman was cursing out the male.
4:06 p.m., 100 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported someone trespassing on her property with heavy equipment.
March 18
9:41 a.m., 100 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported an unknown individual went through his restaurant the previous night.
4:52 p.m., on Esser Road at Chapparal Creek – A two-vehicle head-on collision occurred by the tennis courts. Multiple occupants complained of injuries.
7:13 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a vehicle occupant pointed a long gun out of the window of the vehicle. Two individuals were detained.

March 3
-- An instance of criminal mischief was reported on Capstone Walk.
-- Officers assisted with an animal call, an injured possum, on Setterfeld Circle.
-- A deer call was made on Wild Fire Drive for an injured deer.
-- An animal call was made on Wild Oak Hill for a loose dog.
March 4
-- Law enforcement assisted the public with a matter on W. I-10.
-- Officers assisted EMD on Fairway Vista.
-- A traffic hazard was reported on Dietz Elkhorn Road.
March 5
-- An animal call was made for an injured raccoon on Meadow Creek Trail.
-- Additional animal calls were made to Damascus/Royal Ascot and Northview Pass for loose dogs in the respective areas.
March 6
-- Officers responded to a call for a loose dog on Keeneland and Jodhpur.
-- A loose pony was roaming around Meadow Creek Trail and Rolling Acres Trails.
-- Law enforcement assisted EMS on Monument Oak.
-- Officers came to Jodhpur Drive to help with a loose dog.
March 7
-- An injured skunk was reported on Setterfeld Circle.
-- A vehicle collision was reported on Whisper Gate.
-- Law enforcement assisted the public on Dietz Elkhorn.
March 8
-- A vehicle collision was reported on Battle Intense.
-- An incident of criminal mischief was reported on Triple Crown.
March 9
-- Fair Oaks PD responded to a call for an injured deer.
-- Officers responded to a disturbance on W. I-10.
Kendall County Sheriff’s Office
March 12
3:37 a.m., 100 block of Mountain Springs Drive – A woman reported she was experiencing a lot of anxiety after her landlord showed up unannounced and naked. The caller said she was from out-of-state and was unsure if it was the custom in Texas.
4:28 a.m., 300 block of Sisterdale Road – Bandera County law enforcement contacted KCSO about an incident in Kendall County involving animal abuse.
10:16 a.m., Copper Creek and Highway 46 E – An individual was taken into custody after a traffic stop. A wrecker was called for the vehicle.
7:22 p.m., 100 block of Ranger Drive – A caller wanted to report a neighbor had been coming to the fence line and taunting the caller.
March 13
10:03 a.m., 400 block of Edge Falls Road – A house was reported to be on fire after it originated on the stove and spread to the attic. Boerne, Sisterdale, Bergheim and Kendalia FD responded to the scene.
11:15 a.m., 700 block of Cypress Bend Drive – A caller reported a dead vulture in his yard.
12:20 p.m., mile marker 524 E. I-10 – A caller reported several fires on the side of the road. It started as three fires but quickly expanded to four. Multiple local fire departments responded to the location and extinguished the fire.
12:45 p.m., on Sky Rose Ranch Road – A caller reported a strap that holds up their gate had been cut.
4:20 p.m., on 100 block of Ulmus Road -- A caller reported a dog in the area who had a history of killing neighborhood animals.
March 14
12:29 a.m., mile marker 533 E I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle going over 100 mph and swerving on the road. The vehicle ended up crashing into a car dealership’s gate. The driver was detained.
11:11 a.m., on North Star Road – A caller was concerned about her identity potentially being stolen after receiving an IRS form not in her name.
11:22 a.m., 600 block of Waring Welfare Road – A caller reported a male pumping water out of the river. The caller noted the vehicle had been there every day for a month. It was found that the male was with a company that had a permit to pump the water.
7:20 p.m. 200 block of N. Highway 87 – A caller reported his neighbors were intentionally interfering with the caller’s hunting by randomly shooting. The caller told dispatch they had drone footage of the neighbor shooting.
March 15
10:34 a.m., on FM 289/Eastbound I-10 – A caller reported a large truck with a “giant trailer” had hit his vehicle.
1:01 p.m., 400 block of FM 473 – A caller reported an injured deer on the side of the road that was possibly hit by a vehicle.
2:22 p.m., 500 block of Flat Rock Creek Road – Temple PD requested assistance with a stolen vehicle. They provided KCSO with a description of the suspect. KCSO attempted to access the area where the vehicle last pinged but were unable to access the area.
3:30 p.m., on FM 1376 at Headwaters Road – A caller reported a half-acre-sized fire on the side of the road. Sisterdale FD, Waring FD and Boerne FD were called to the location. Three hours later, the fire was extinguished.
March 16
12:18 a.m., 800 block of FM 289 – A manager reported seeing headlights behind the restaurant. The caller was worried as no one was supposed to be there.
12:21 a.m., 2500 block of FM 473 – A male was detained after a sobriety test was conducted. The male was read his rights and a tow truck was called for his vehicle.
3:01 p.m., 3400 block of Ranger Creek – A vehicle was reported to be on fire after it had spun out and crashed. Neither of the occupants experienced injuries.
March 17
9:16 a.m., 200 block of W. Highway 46 – A caller reported a vehicle had passed multiple vehicles in the no passing lane.
1:28 p.m., 400 block of Seventh Street – A caller reported she received a toll road scam.
6:11 p.m., on Cypress Point/Clubs Drive – A security guard reported someone told him about a male in the area who was on foot and was trying to get into the complex.
10:39 p.m., 500 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported their vehicle had been stolen but they were able to successfully track it.
March 18
12:01 a.m., 400 block of W. Highway 46 – A vehicle was pulled over and a field sobriety test was administered to the driver. The male was subsequently detained.
8:08 a.m., on FM 1376 at Nollkamper Road – A caller reported a dead deer in the middle of the road. Someone was dispatched to the location and the deer was cleared from the road.
1:30 p.m., 300 block of FM 1376 – A caller reported her friend stayed with her and stole the caller’s medication and credit card, which the caller claimed the friend maxed out.
5:12 p.m., on Chapparal Hill at FM 1376 – A caller reported a baby deer who possibly had a broken jaw. The caller said the deer had a swollen mouth and tongue but they were on their way to a veterinarian.
