COMMUNITY SHRED DAY in conjunction with the annual Community Garage Sale at the Kendall County Fairgrounds. A Shred-It truck will on site from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. or until it is full, whichever comes first. Fee will be donation based. Limit is eight file boxes per person.
NEST OPEN HOUSE: From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., attendees will be able to tour The Nest, 33 Herff Road, and meet its knowledgeable staff, learn about the curriculum and the schedules they offer, and see the unique classroom cottages and outdoor play areas.
BLUEGRASS JAM: BRING an instrument and play along or just show up between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to listen to the bluegrass jams while exploring the exhibits and grounds of The Agri-Cultural, 102 City Park Road. The event is free to the public, but donations are welcome.

OUTDOOR FAMILY FAIR by Boerne Parks and Recreation. The Outdoor Family Fair, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Main Plaza, 100 N. Main St., connects families with community-focused services and organizations. Come learn about resources and organizations in the Boerne area.
IRISH DANCE PERFORMANCE by the Inishfree School of Irish Dancing during the Outdoor Family Fair mentioned previously. The Inishfree School has locations throughout the United States and abroad in Belfast. Check the daily schedule at Outdoor Fest for performance times.
