The Geneva School of Boerne track and field teams were in action at the SACS Invitational on Feb. 27.
In the varsity boys division, Brady Chandler scored points in four different events after Chandler won the pole vault by clearing 14-1. The talented junior was 4th in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.38, which is the third fastest time in school history.
Chandler also placed 4th in the long jump with a leap of 19-1.5 and he came in 5th in the 200 meters after posting a 23.93.
Griffin Miller and Mikhail Boespflug both earned medals in the discus after Miller finished 2nd with a throw of 117-9, while Boespflug took 3rd with a toss of 108-3.
Shae McNew and Caleb Baggs went 8-9 in the shot put after McNew registered a 33-9.25 and Baggs recorded a 33-4.
