Celebrating The Arts: Boerne Concert Band
The Boerne Concert Band presents “A Night to Remember,” a free concert for the community at 3 p.m. March 16 in the Boerne High School auditorium, 1 Greyhound Lane.
Come enjoy musical selections like San Antonio Dances, The Trombone King, American Fiddle Tune Variations, Pirates of the Caribbean, Lawrence of Arabia, and more.
The Boerne Concert Band is made up of musical members from all over the Texas Hill Country and from all walks of life, including middle, high school and college students, lifetime musicians, military veterans and band directors.

Texas Treasures Art Gallery opens
We are happy to welcome Johny Rosa and his grand imagination back to the heart of the Hill Country Mile. The Texas Treasures Art Gallery, Texas Treasures Jewelry, and Texas Treasures Frame Shop are officially now open. • MARCH 18: Paste Paper (part one).
In the historical art of bookmaking, decorative end papers have been used to enhance and protect the book. We will produce ornamental paper using rice paste and paint. The process is a subtractive activity that reveals the vibrant colors beneath. Use your dazzling papers in a collage project in part 2.
• MARCH 25: Paste Paper Mosaic Box (part two).
Bring your paste papers from part 1 or simply use our class supply. Build a three-dimensional collage on the surface of a paper mache’ trinket box. Explore color, designing and texture with a decoupage mosaic.
