Hounds sending 4 to state tennis tourney

The Boerne High tennis program qualified four players and one alternate to this year’s 4A state tournament after their performances at the regional tourney last week in Corpus Christi.

The Boerne High tennis program qualified four players and one alternate to this year’s 4A state tournament after their performances at the regional tourney last week in Corpus Christi.

Justin Koth took 1st place in boys singles, Chloe O’Connor finished 2nd in girls singles and Sophia Norwood and Eleanor Stokes placed 2nd in girls doubles, while Connor Brown was 3rd in boys singles and will serve as an alternate.

The 4A tourney is set for Tuesday – Wednesday, April 26-27, in San Antonio.
