Former Greyhound athlete Koby Hunter passes away

Former Boerne Greyhound Koby Hunter recently passed away after a snowboarding accident at New Mexico’s Angel Fire Resort.

Hunter was a 2022 Boerne graduate and was a standout football and basketball player for the Greyhounds.

Hunter, 21, was named All-State by the Texas Sports Writers Association following his senior season on the gridiron where he played tight end.
