Several members of the Boerne Police Department and 911 Telecommunications Team recently were recognized for their work in 2021. On March 30, members of both teams met in the police training room to help congratulate their colleagues.
Listed alphabetically, the ceremony included naming the dispatcher of the year, Fit For Duty (male and female), officer of the year, Lifesaving Award, Top Gun and Valor Award.
“Our officers work every day to continue to improve their skills and to provide the quality service the community of Boerne expects and deserves, and I am excited to recognize their hard work,” Police Chief Steve Perez said.
