The Champion tennis team traveled to College Station last weekend to open its 2025 spring season.
Champion was at the A& M Consolidated tourney that Chargers head coach Joey Cantu described as “ very tough.”
Champion produced solid results after Christian Okey and Ben Nicholson placed 2nd in the Boys B Doubles Division, while Luke Sladky and Serena Sharma finished 3rd in the Mixed B Doubles Division.
The Chargers were at the Dominion Tennis tournament this week along with their annual Fun-Raiser on Saturday, Feb. 8.
