It’s been feast or famine for the Boerne Champion girls soccer team so far in 26-5A.
The Lady Chargers have played three district matches and have either shut out an opponent or been shutout themselves.
After a 6-0 win over Veterans Memorial to start league play, the Lady Chargers have dropped their last two to Smithson Valley and Alamo Heights by the identical scores of 4-0.
Champion fell to the Rangers last Tuesday, 4-0, and then hosted Alamo Heights Friday and was defeated by the same score.
The Chargers are 2-5 overall and 1-2 in district. They played at Boerne ISD Stadium Tuesday against Boerne High and will host Pieper Friday.
